Refund, Return & Order Cancellation Policy
At SELLSPIKE, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.

Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Once your order is being processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and payment handling costs.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later. To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return authorization is required. Contact service@auto1.sellspike.es before returning any items. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Valid proof is provided, such as photos, videos, or an unpacking record with the order number.
Refunds due to change-of-mind or non-product issues are allowed, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
4. Exchanges

Items undelivered due to carrier errors will be replaced at no additional cost.

If the customer provides incorrect shipping details, the cost of reshipment and replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or refusal of delivery

Items already in transit at the time of cancellation request

Custom-made or pre-order items, unless defective

Unauthorized returns or packages returned without prior approval

Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

Returns affected by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery fails, we will attempt to contact you via the email provided. If there is no response and the package is returned or destroyed, SELLSPIKE is not responsible for the resulting loss.
7. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on local regulations. Please review your shipping details carefully before checkout. Returns or cancellations due to customs fees or international shipping charges are generally not accepted.
